You'll find the car rental companies at Arlanda's car rental area P2 Long Term Beta. Pick-up and drop-off of your rental car takes place at the respective car rental office, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
At the airport you can use bus P2 Beta Long Term in order to get to the car rental area. The bus goes to and from Terminal 2, Terminal 4 and the car rental area.
